Line of report: Country manager
Department to be assigned: Engineering Solutions
Marketing Related (70%)
- Develop and execute marketing and promotion strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Organize and execute seminars and product launches and marketing programs. Organizing events such as workshop, launch event, exhibition etc.
- Develop sales tools and other marketing collateral such as brochures, briefs, white papers etc.
- Create graphics and artwork collaterals in adherence to the branding and visual consistency emphasized by the organization.
- Work with the sales team to identify top industries and customers to plan and execute marketing promotion activities.
- Involved in digital marketing. Design, build, maintain and monitor company’s website, social media etc.
- Any relevant tasks assigned by management.
Others (Admin/GA related tasks)
- Handle inbound call, unsolicited prospect calls and collaborate with sales supervisor to determine necessary sales approaches. Create and deliver qualified opportunities to Account Managers to determine necessary sales approaches.
- Manage full process of sales cycle, from lead generation, cold calling and to handle customer’s inquiries.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure monthly sales targets are met.
- Work closely with assigned 3rd party to fulfill marketing funding/sponsorship requirements and secure all related marketing claims.
- Any relevant tasks assigned by management
Essential requirement:
- Education: Bachelor Degree
- Gender: Female
- From 1 year of marketing experience and/or sale support cum. Admin; in any industry
- English Business level
- Good computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and good under pressure.
- Good attention to details, organised and able to manage project from end to end.
