Position: Warehouse Manager – Logistics

Work Time:
Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
Saturday: morning 8am-12pm
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Performance review once or twice per year

JOB DUTIES:
Report to Japanese
Assigned to Logistic Department
Job Responsibilities:
- To manage assigned global account and major account daily activities by operationally-feasible solutions to meet and exceed customer requirements.
- Develop a strong understanding of logistics operations stemming from international freight to warehousing and domestic distribution
- Liaise with external customers and internal business units to understand the customer’s supply chain requirements
- Collect and analyze data relating to logistics operations
- Manage daily logistics operating solutions for customers
- Participate in customer presentations & business review when required
- Provide guidance to Logistics Manager in solutions design & customer care efforts
- Performance Measurement:
- Customer and country satisfaction and feedback
- Business KPI of assigned accounts
- Others as assigned
- Process:
- Manage all activities related to the implementation process of assigned customers.
- Identify customer requirements and develop solutions to meet customer’s requirements
- Translate solutions into operation requirements for implementation
- Manage business KPI & make sure that implementation team can deliver the expected results
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Desirable Background & Experience:
- Ability to provide solutions in warehousing, transportation, customs and broader supply chain topics
- Strong analytical skill in logistics (project analysis, material handling equipment, space analysis, manpower analysis, inventory/SKU analysis, operational key performance indicators, continuous improvement initiatives, transportation methods, packaging, secondary operations, costing analysis…)
- Ability to multi task and work different programs and projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Written and spoken English/ local languages
- Degree and above in Logistics & Supply Chain, Engineering or Business Administration from a recognized institution
