Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Minimize issues related to customers: inbound, outbound, inventory, transportation... - Orders are prepared correctly and fully according to the customer’s requirements. - Control and correct inventory between reality and system. - Manage damage and miss/ loss of goods during operation. - Inbound and outbound progressing on time and accuracy. - Control, manage, and arrange goods in the designated area. - Ensure safety and, a clean environment, and follow 5S standards to avoid accidents that cause lost working hours and damage to operation. - Submit report accurately and on time as requested. - Evaluate employee productivity under management and plan for developing their abilities. - Other instructions and requests from the line managers include reporting, communicating, and consulting on Maintenance-related tasks - Grasp the productivity of each customer with numerical analysis provided by the warehouse manager, and improve operation productivity. - Other tasks assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: College Degree or above ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: - At least 3 years of experience working in warehouse operations related to Distribution centers, Sorting centers, and Fulfillment centers. - At least 1 year at leader / management role. - Experience with WMS, and ERP. ・Other: - Honesty, enthusiasm, discipline, responsibility - Leadership, training, presentation, assignment, teamwork, forklift driving (plus), problem-solving skills. <Preferable Experience> - Having Japanese language is a big plus
