Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Process inbound and outbound warehouse data in the WMS, including ASN and delivery instructions, and prepare Receiving Plans and Picking Lists. • Send daily inbound/outbound reports to customers, reconcile inventory records, and resolve any discrepancies. • Prepare and issue shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading/shipping documents, and labels for each order. • Coordinate inventory stocktakes by preparing plans, defining stocktake scope, consolidating results, and handling inventory discrepancies (overages, shortages, and damaged goods) with customers. • Support export documentation, coordinate with freight forwarders on customs clearance procedures, and perform other assigned tasks.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education Background: College or University degree in Logistics, Commerce, International Business, or related fields. - Language Skills: English Intermediate level - Good communication and problem-solving skills (as the primary point of contact working directly with customers). - Freshers can apply - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and office software; ability to quickly learn and use WMS systems. - High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work under daily deadline pressure. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
