Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
・Training Program Design
   - Conduct interviews and hearings with each department to collect, organize, and analyze training needs and issues
   - Redesign existing training programs and develop new ones for each organizational level, such as worker level, staff level, and manager level
   - Hold meetings and consultations with external training vendors to jointly develop concrete training programs
   - Implement training programs and evaluate their effectiveness

・Recruitment
   - Carry out recruitment activities for Operators / Production Workers (general workers)
   - Manage and develop recruitment channels and control recruitment costs
   - Perform other tasks related to recruitment as required

Job Requirement

<Requirements>

・Education: Bachelor
・Language: 
    - English with Business Level 
    or 
    - Japanese with Business Level

・Experience: Around 5 years of experience in organizational training, with hands-on involvement in the full process from identifying issues to designing and implementing training programs, gained in one of the following settings:

   - Experience designing training programs in companies with 500 or more employees, where the organization is structured into distinct levels such as workers, staff, and managers (e.g., manufacturing or factory environments)
   OR
   - Experience working at a training service provider, involved in corporate training design as a sales professional or consultant

・Required Skills
   - Ability or proven experience in communicating and collaborating cross-functionally across multiple departments
   - Ability or experience in identifying and collecting issues, proposing improvement plans, and executing them

<Preferred Qualifications>

・Experience in recruitment activities
