Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
・Work collaboratively with our team in the execution of tenancy coordination through all stages of a project.
・Coordinate with all relevant parties, understand all interior drawings, technical drawings, construction drawings, and submissions (Authority drawings), to have basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
・Do general practice of site supervision, management of schedule, and review of the drawings.
・Work closely with tenants during the project. To contact, explain, and instruct tenants to follow the regulations and standards of the landlord
・Hold the meeting with tenants and related parties to solve the issue if any.
・Conduct inspection together with Mall management teams, tenants, and advise on any defects or items to be rectified
・Prepare all documents, including the application form, schedule, check sheet, and report form.
**Working location changes based on projects.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Architecture or Technological Universities.
・Gender: Any
・Age: 27-35 years old 
・Language: English - Business level
・Experience: Have at least 2-5 years of experience as a Tenant Coordinator in Construction companies.
・Other: Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Experienced in interior design & fit-out works

・Strong personal organizational and time management skills.
・Eagerness to work within a collaborative team environment on high-profile projects.
・Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
・Coordination and problem-solving skills as well as an appreciation of, and sensitivity to, architectural design intent.

・Ability to work efficiently and manage one’s own time. Being a self-starter, proactive, able to learn, and result-oriented.
・Flexibility, diligence, reliability, and responsibility are a must.
・Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
・Having the ability to manage the assigned work to meet the required deadline strictly.
