Job Description
<Job Duties> : 1) Inspect, plan, and estimate costs for repairing and renovating technical equipment; supervise execution and acceptance upon completion. 2) Review budgets and technical cost estimates prepared by project Chief Engineers; oversee implementation to ensure time and cost control. 3) Develop operation and maintenance plans (daily schedules, checklists, duty rosters, maintenance procedures) and supervise their execution. 4) Monitor energy efficiency and identify safe, cost effective operational solutions for the project. 5) Provide training on technical systems, occupational safety, and fire protection, support projects in handling major incidents

<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education background: University graduate with related majors ・Age: under 40 years old. ・Gender: Any ・Language: English - Intermediate level ・Experience: - Over two years working as Chief Engineer - Proficient in using Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD • Personality: - Shows eagerness and capacity to learn new technologies, methods and approaches; - Good planning and task management skills; - Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required
