Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Identifying and assigning customer requests: Responding to customer callouts, providing technical service and maintenance support at the customer location. - Have responsibilities for installing, operating, commissioning, maintaining and repairing (field service or in-house repair) equipment and providing technical training when necessary or at the service manager’s request. - Meeting with the customer to determine the nature of the service repair. - Conducting routine equipment servicing out in the field. - Inspecting and troubleshooting equipment failures. - Repairing equipment and replacing faulty parts. - Installing and testing new equipment. - Providing preventive equipment maintenance. - Providing technical training on new equipment installations. - Completing the job report and reporting to the service manager. - Updating the report in the system according to the service report
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 27 - 32 ・Gender: Male only ・Education: Degree in Mechanical and or Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics. ・Language: English - Basic Level ・Experience: At least 03 years as a field service technician or sales engineer - Mechanical and electrical skills. <Skills> : - Able to work independently, be active and work under stress from customers - Reading and understanding technical drawings and documents in English - Ability to travel and work according to a changing schedule. - Ability to problem-solve - Time Management skills. - Good technical training and presentation skills. - Physically fit and able to work with heavy equipment. - Logic-minded. - Good health
