Job Description
<Position Objective/Expectation > - Responsible for designing integrated automation systems for machinery. - Develop creative and practical technical solutions to meet clients’ requirements and optimize machine capacity. - Ensure clear and accurate communication with customers to avoid possible mistakes or miscommunication. - Manage system-related projects effectively. <Job Responsibilities> - Design and modify electric system or CAD drawing for each machine according to the customers’ requirements and conditions. - Develop automation systems and PLC programs for each project based on customer requirements (optional). - Monitor and control suppliers’ production plans to ensure projects are completed on time. - Work closely with the Sales team to analyze customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions to meet functional needs. - Seek appropriate suppliers to execute approved designs. - Request and compare quotations from qualified suppliers, then summarize total costs for the Sales team to prepare customer pricing. - Issue purchase orders to suppliers to proceed with productions. - Install machines at the customers’ sites and ensure proper operation according to design specifications. - Coordinate with customers to prepare testing products for commissioning. - Troubleshoot, modify, and optimize machines if issues arise after commissioning. - Prepare customized machine manuals for complicated machines. - Record quotation information and project information in the internal operating system and obtain necessary approvals. - Report technical or project issues during the installation to management for effective resolution. - Perform other tasks as assigned by the Company and Department.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics or related fields. ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: - Have at least 1 year of experience in line design or mechanical design. - Have experience in R&D (CAD) / Solidworks (optional). ・Others: - Strong business conversation skills & good business manners - Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point. - Willing to travel on business trips in domestic & overseas. - Have proactivity & mobility, management, teamwork spirit, communication, high problem-solving skill, able to work productively in a high pressure environment. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Hometown in Mekong Delta is a plus - Have Japanese skill is a plus
