Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
•	Business Development for new clients who are currently sourcing products from other pump companies, or have not yet had a need to purchase pumps to date
•	Client visits and takes responsibility for the sales territory and growing the customer number in the territory to meet the allocated sales budget set in conjunction with the Managing Director 
•	Up-to-date notes and records in CRM system 
•	Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations of products
•	Understand client requirements and assist the Internal Technical Sales Engineers to provide quotations 
•	Negotiate the price in line with the company’s pricing strategy and confirm contract terms and conditions to meet both the client's and company's needs
•	Provide technical support as required for the wider  team
•	Prepare reporting and deliver presentations as required for the Managing Director 
•	Provide input and feedback on market requirements for management to make informed decisions to improve 

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 27 - 34
・Gender : Any
・Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or similar, or proven practical experience in pumps or related industries
・Language: English at the Conversational level
・Experience:
- Having at least 3 years of working experience as sales in MNC companies, particularly in distribution management, developing the new dealer with relevant products in M&E field ( pumps, machinery, handling tool/HVAC, heating, cooling equipment…)
- Understanding the retail market, GO TO market mindset

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
•	Technical understanding of pumps and basic engineering principles 
•	Proven strong sales and negotiation skills
•	High level of computer proficiency, including CRM database experience and Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
•	Proven ability to draft and execute a detailed business plan for allocated territory
•	Strong command of the English language, including professional-level proficiency in reading and writing
