<Job Description>: - Responsible for technical production work in the factory (design drawings, installation, repair of machinery, molds, fixtures, etc.). - Plan and carry out work related to maintenance of machinery and equipment. - Set up production lines for new products. - Implement continuous improvement to reduce errors and improve production line efficiency. - Make weekly/monthly reports directly to the Factory Director and General Director. - Maintain the ISO and 5S systems of the department. - Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirement
<Required Skills/Experience> - Age: under 40 years old. Gender: only male candidates - Education: College degree in engineering. - Foreign languages: + Business level Japanese (good communication at work) AND basic English (reading and understanding documents.). + OR only business level English - Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the position of Technical Department Manager in a manufacturing company in the field of manufacturing connecting cables, USB cables, multi-core cables, understanding of molds, fixtures, welding machines, casting, stamping... - Able to use AutoCAD to design technical drawings <Skills> - Proficient in office software: AutoCAD, Excel, Powerpoint;. - Dynamic, honest, hard-working, careful, with a high sense of responsibility.
