Job Description
<Job responsibilities> - Summarize the delivery plan to the construction site, create a delivery request through SAP. - Receive feedback, update the situation of surplus and shortage of goods for each project. - Following, check working hours, calculate allowances for engineers and workers working at the construction site. - Prepare installation report, meeting minutes for weekly department meeting - Support engineer to prepare project document - Other tasks will be discussed in more detail on the interview.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill/ Experience> ・Bachelor's Degree ・English - Conversational level (can communicate and understand documents) ・Experience: - Have experience as Sales Assistant, Sales Admin, Project Assistant, Project Coordinator - Fresh candidates can also apply - Good knowledge/skill in MS Excel - Willing to work in the construction fields. <Personality> - Proactive, be careful, be responsible for the job. - Ability to work independently and teamwork - Good synthesis, analysis skills.
