JOB DUTIES
- Report to TBR Sales Leader (Vietnamese male, 30s), dotted line to Sales and Marketing General Manager (male, 40s)
- Assigned to Sales Department
- Team size: 3-4 members
- Job Responsibilities:
- Spend 75% working time on field
- Do assigned regions’ sales target and strategy
- Make sales planning to achieve sales target
- Manage, control and motivate sales representatives following company directions within the approved budget
- Enforce sales management system to manage productivity, efficiency and control sales budget
- Assist Marketing Department to do branding strategy
- Lead sales representatives to hit sales target following sales strategy, objectives and tactics of the company in the assigned regions
- Coordinate with other departments effectively in implementing business objectives
- Attend training programs organized by Sales and A&A Departments
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies of Sales Department and the company
- Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Desirable Background and Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in related fields
- Language skill(s): English business level
- Proficient computer skills
- From 2+ year of experience working as Field Sales / B2B Sales in any industry (Automotive and FMCG are preferable)
- Desirable Characters:
- Gender: Male preferable
- Age: Up to 30
- Able to go on frequent business trips
- Proactive, independent, self-motivated, committed, well-disciplined
