Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide support on routine work related to SAP system and other applications in the corporation
- Act as a point of contact to receive requests from users or other related businesses to support in a timely manner and ensure SAP services are available and reliable to meet the business expectation.
- Manages routine work requests by users and follow-up promptly
- Working closely with other teams (eg: SAP Basis, SAP ABAP…) and Business Unit to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely.
- Assist business users in gathering requirements and preparing of Change Request application.
- Support user in carrying out User Acceptance Test
- Post-deployment support.
- Update system documentation and training documents/user manual
- Provide training to users
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Any
- Age: 22 - 27
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, major in IT
- Experience: Fresher with major in IT is OK to apply
- Language: Japanese - Business Level (above N3)
- Other Skills & Knowledge:
+ Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work well on cross-functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks.
+ Good documentation skills using MS Office applications
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Good English skill is a plus
- Having knowledge of business processes related to finance, and logistics are plus
- Having real work experience in application maintenance support is plus
