Job Description
Each engineer will be responsible for customer account. The job is related to IT services, from Pre-sales to Post-sales, including: - Consult and come up with IT solutions according to customer's demand and Sales Department's demand. - Consultation with customers and design the solutions based on the needs of customer, and requirement from Sales team (such as Network system, Server system, Virtualization, Backup, PBX, Storage, Mail, Firewall, Database…). - Develop the materials related the implementation, such as schedules, parameters for installation, schemes for implementation, so on - Follow and work with the providers to inform about the company's project. - Follow up with the vendors, collaborate with them for implementation of new project for each customer - Planning the regular maintenance service and to provide onsite technical support for customers. - Ensure the quality of service by management and coordination of the works among different vendors. - Maintain the technical support for customers, maintain the long term relationship with customers. - There are 1 day only domestic business trips. - Other assigned tasks as needed.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree - Gender: Any - Any: 25 - 35 years old - English conversational level - Basic knowledge about network and server, such as CCNA, VCA, VCP. - At least 1 year experience in Information and Communications Technology. - Can use at least 3 skills from the list below: ・ Network (Cisco; Juniper; Fortinet; Checkpoint; Palo Alto; etc.) ・ Server (IBM; HP; NEC; DELL; Fujitsu; etc.) ・ PABX (Panasonic; NEC; Avaya; etc.) ・ System (Microsoft; Symantec; VMware; Acronis; etc.) ・ Cloud (Enterprise/Public/Private Cloud Solutions; Mail/Web Hosting; etc.) ・ Security (Vulnerability Assessment; Managed Security Services; etc.) ・ Access Lines (MPLS; Internet Lease Line; FTTH; etc.) - Willing to work overtime, and go to business trips.
