Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Lead on the company's social compliance and due diligence programs in our supply chain, including onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring annual audits are conducted, review of audit reports, follow-up on improvement actions, and identifying risk patterns. - Provide regular training to suppliers on the company's sustainability expectations, Code of Conduct areas, and other supply chain updates. - Build strong relationships with the broader sustainability team, production team, suppliers, and third-party partners to support implementation of the company's social compliance and due diligence program. - Manage grievances reported by workers and/or stakeholders, including introducing the company hotline to suppliers; handling cases properly from receipt to investigation, from resolution to improvement; and reporting for analysis and internal and external disclosure purposes.
Job Requirement
<Necessary skill/ Experience > - Education Background: University/College Degree - Language: English - Business Level - Experience: + At least 5 years’ experience in social compliance and sustainability field (Related to Apparel/ Textile/ Garment) + Willing to have business trip (2-3 times per month including overseas) - Others: + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarise complex situations and data into easily understandable materials - Proactive and a team player, with strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking + Work effectively with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook <Preferred> - Experience in auditing, conducting training for suppliers, and/or doing consultancy work for international brands/organisations.
