Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop new suppliers and OEM partners such as fabric manufacturers, accessory/material suppliers, and sewing factories - Manage the quality, delivery schedule, and cost of existing suppliers - Production management, schedule coordination, and improvement negotiations with OEM partners - Cost comparison, quotation preparation, and cost‐reduction proposals - Conduct B2B sales activities and develop new clients - Propose and promote company products (fabrics, garment accessories, etc.) - Reporting and coordination with the Japan headquarters and internal teams - Visit factories and conduct business meetings with suppliers around HCMC as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Gender: Any ・Age: 30-45 ・Education: Bachelor ・Language Skills: English Business Level ・Experience: - At least four years of work experience in Vietnam at an apparel company, textile trading firm, or garment accessories company - Experience in supplier management and OEM management at one of the above companies <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Language Skills: - Japanese Business Level
