<Job Responsibilities> ・Use software technology to help customers solve their problems. ・We will maximize the customer's sewing process by using the product value of the production improvement tool targeting the entire Asian region. ＜JOB TASK＞ ・Proposal of solutions to solve problems faced by customers ・Suggestions for effective use of the system and customization of the system ・Resolving system problems that occur in customer environments ・Creating reports for each customer using Web API ・Define requirements at the planning and development stage of new functions ・Technical support for sales members ・Support for introducing the proposed system
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: from around 30 ・Gender: Any ・Language: English proficiency to communicate with internal and external stakeholders ( Can communicate international clients) ・Experience: ・More than 5 years of work experience as a solution engineer for system sales for the manufacturing industry ・More than 5 years of web system development experience ・Be able to hear customer requests and define system requirements ・Experience in project management <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・IoT system development experience or knowledge ・Data analysis work experience ・Development experience with PowerQuery and Google Apps Script
