Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Handle tasks related to shoe sole design, including mold (MOLD) design and various manufacturing processes • Coordinate with factories to implement instructions from company headquarters regarding shoe sole development (schedule, design, etc.) • Manage molds (MOLD) at assigned factories and handle mold transfers between factories • Work closely with manager and other members in the Ho Chi Minh City area to ensure accurate reporting and continuous process improvement (Includes several business trips per year to the Ho Chi Minh City area, including during the training period)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 27–32 ・Gender: Any ・Education: Bachelor’s degree ・Language: Business-level Japanese proficiency is required (equivalent to JLPT N3 or above). < Communication with Japanese staff and factory executive members will be conducted in Japanese> ・Experience: • 3 to 8 years of experience in sole design, technical drawing, and mold manufacturing in the footwear or related industries ・IT Skills: • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools ・Personal Skills: • Strong knowledge of footwear manufacturing, processes, and structure • Candidates with experience at major sportswear brands are highly preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments • Ability to work flexibly across different teams and perform well under pressure • Ability to face challenges sincerely and solve problems independently • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced working environment <Preferable Skill / Experience> Additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin) are a plus
