GENERAL INFORMATION

- Work time: Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)
- Allowance(s): Responsibilities (2.000.000 VND per month), Gasoline (based on actual distance from home to work, no paid if travelling by company bus)
- Bonus and incentives: 13th month bonus (fixed) / Performance bonus and salary review once per year

- Selection process: Three rounds (Japanese General Manager -> Japanese Senior General Manager -> Japanese General Director)
JOB DUTIES
- Report to Japanese Senior General Manager (male, 50s)
- Currently no subordinates (a team may be built up in the future)
- Job Responsibilities:
- Work out the Shopping Center (SC)
Development Strategy and the methodology of SC Development
- Decide the procedure and the standard methodology of SC Development, Research and Negotiation
- Monitor the progress of SC Development,
Research and Negotiation works and instruct SC Assistant Development Manager
- Develop good relationship with private companies or governmental officers for developing potential sites and negotiate
with them for SC Development, if necessary
- Propose how to use outsource for SC
Development to the Senior Manager and Senior General Manager
- Other tasks and/or responsibilities as assigned by Line Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Desirable Background and Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- Language skill(s): English business level
- Proficient in MS Office tools, especially MS Project
- Solid knowledge about real property market, governmental procedure, construction work schedule, legal process and
agreement, company standards of SC development in figure
- Excellent project management and information management skills
- Good financial planning and sales estimation skills: P&L, B/S, Sales, Primary ROI, Cash Flow
- Knowledgeable about method and logic of market research
- Experience working in Hospitality industry in general and hotels in specific (Japanese-related ones are preferable)
- Have network or know-how about sales and marketing in this industry (preferable)
