Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Preparation of detailed shop drawings from design drawings, covering the following areas:
- Structures Work: Concrete for Foundation, Ground Beam, Column, girder, Slab...; Block wall, Plastering, Stair Case...
- Steel structure work: Column, beam, rafter, Purlin, girt, Wall & roof cladding
- Finishing Work: Plan, Detail Section of partition, Tiling, Ceiling, Door & Window...
- External Work: Road, Drainage System, ...
- Checking shop drawings from sub-contractors for the above-mentioned types of drawings
- Coordinating with relevant departments such as design, Quantity Survey (QS), and Construction teams for the preparation of shop drawing submissions for approval, including related details for both the civil and M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) parts
- Ensuring all shop drawings are completed with constructability aligned with company standards, are practical, easy to understand, meet client expectations, and support good profitability for the company
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil and/or Architectural Engineering
- Language: English communication, ability to read and understand technical documents written in English
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in shop-drawing deployment at a construction site
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Ability to prioritize tasks well and able to work independently
- Required to be resourceful, pay attention to details and has good communication skills
- Communicate in English
