Job Description

<Job Duties> : 
• Develop, update, and improve manuals, checklists, and schedules for safety inspections and technical maintenance.
• Provide clear guidance and training to on-site teams on how to identify hazards, risks, and deficiencies caused by damages, wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or improper operation; and propose feasible preventive measures.
• Supervise and verify that technical staff and contractors perform safety inspections in accordance with established procedures.
• Manage technical operations and maintenance across multiple properties, including monitoring system performance (MEP, firefighting, wastewater treatment, etc.).
• Receive and respond to incident reports and participate directly in technical troubleshooting and resolution.
• Promptly report inspection results, system operating conditions, and improvement proposals to management and relevant departments.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education background: University graduate with a related major (e.g., University of Technology or equivalent)
・Age: under 45 years old.
・Gender: Any 
・Language: English - conversational level 
・Experience:
- More than three years working as a Chief Engineer or in a similar technical safety role.
- Experience in safety inspection, management, and operation of high-end residential, premium commercial properties, or luxury mixed-use complexes; Strong leadership, guidance, and training skills, with the ability to provide clear and effective direction to on-site teams and external contractors.
- Ability to develop, update, and improve manuals, checklists, and schedules for safety inspections and maintenance; Capability to prepare documentation and directly train project technical staff to conduct safety inspections
- Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously, with effective prioritisation and progress tracking; Competence in accurately and promptly reporting inspection results and improvement proposals to management and relevant departments.

 <Skills>:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD
- Good planning and task management skills
- Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting capability

<Personality> : 
- Eager to learn new technologies and methods
- Leadership and cooperative attitude in team management
- Knowledge of construction issues is an advantage
