Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Support the Sales Manager in delivering business strategies for operational efficiency and viability for the product (including spare parts) and service support activities.
- Provide dealers with on-site field support and advice to diagnose and troubleshoot heavy equipment hydraulic, electrical, engine and transmission faults and repairs etc.
- Support dealers in new product assembly, providing equipment and parts training, reviewing and processing warranty claims, and assisting in spare parts recommendation and inspection.
- Coordinate with dealers to collect and analyze data for market surveys and research, business planning, and marketing support activities.
- Identify opportunities for the development of designated construction machinery products.
- Handle and resolve customers’ concerns and inquiries relating to the equipment, machinery, products,s and services
- Prepare and analyze monthly service reports on a timely and accurate basis
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Age: 30 - 40
• Gender: Any
• Education Background: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering (mandatory)
• Language: English - Business Level (Internal and external use)
• Experience :
- Minimum 5 years of related working experience and knowledge in the construction machinery industry preferred
- Having good negotiation skills with dealers
<Preferable Skill / Experience >:
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications, such as MS Powerpoint, Excel and Word
- Excellent inter-personal, communication, presentation, problem solving and negotiation skills, able to engage with dealer in a professional and competent manner
- Able to work independently and be self-motivated
- A team player with positive attitude and strong customer orientation
