<Job Responsibilities> 1) Dealer/ partner service - To sell motor insurance via dealer & partner channels - To develop motor dealer channel - To keep relationship with Dealers/ Partner to push sale volume - To expand the network via dealer & partner channels - To set up sale campaign & KPI for Dealer/ partner to promote sale - To conduct non-life insurance seminars for both current and potential dealers (explain the cover of insurance policy and claim procedure) - To organize risk management seminars for current and potential dealers 2) Dealer Service: - Support Dealers to bring high service quality to - To offer quotations for via dealers (new & renew) timely - To issue insurance policies - To look for new dealers approaching, persuade them to selling insurance and taking care of dealers - Report income & outcome for Dealers 3) Outstanding/Unclear Premium: - To update the status of outstanding premiums and follow up on the overdue premium to ensure collecting the premium fully and timely - Monthly monitor dealer input & output 4) Business Administration: - To report any unusual problems to direct management 5) To cooperate with concerned divisions/departments for all related jobs 6) Other tasks as assigned by line management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience in non-life insurance. ・Wide Motor dealer’s network is a plus ・Skills / Knowledge: o Strong marketing sense. o Well work with multiple people o Digitalization knowledge o Well know all motor products and be able to explain to clients
