<Job Responsibilities> You will create a product design that is agreed upon between the Japanese licensor, the customer, and our company. • Design character merchandise and packaging • Conduct quality checks and design supervision based on Japanese licensors’ guidelines • Communicate with Japanese licensors for feedback and approvals • Coordinate with MD and production teams to ensure feasibility and scheduling • Propose new ideas and improvements for internal product planning
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 25-35 ・Gender: Any ・Education: Bachelor’s degree ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in product or character design ※Please submit your portfolio <Skills> ・Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop ・Experience with PowerPoint for proposal or presentation materials ・Experience in art direction or licensing work is a plus ・Strong interest and sensitivity toward anime, manga, pop culture, and Japanese content ・Flexible problem-solving and team collaboration skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Japanese skill ・Experience in the licensing business
