Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Draft layouts, elevations, and construction details for residential remodeling projects. - To be involved in project development from concept design (mostly) to tender documents, and construction documents. - Contribute ideas, study, and share knowledge, skills with other members in the design team. - Examine by comparing core technologies in each specialized field, following the superior’s instruction. - Prepare all related documents to present in the meeting with the Client. - Check quality of construction with design drawing (design, materials, basic quality, compliance). - Create the document of design change and feedback sheet. - Identify successful examples in projects and analyze factors of defect cases. - Other works assigned by Superior.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural or Construction Management. - Language: English - Business Level - Experience: At least 3 years of experience as an Architect / Designer for project of factory, warehouse. - Having good knowledge and practice of Vietnamese design standards, building code. - Proficiency in AutoCad, Sketchup, PS. - Basic knowledge on Revit or other BIM software is required. Having good experience working with BIM, ISO 1965 is an advantage. - Can work OT and stand high pressure, having sense of organizing his own work - Proactive thinking, creative, hard working. - Used to work for Japanese constructor is an advantage.
