<Job Responsibilities>
In charge of the market in North region, increasing the company's sales revenue by contacting local subsidiaries and vendors, sales tasks include,
- Build relationships with existing customers
- Cultivate new leads within the sales territory
- Travel throughout the territory and visit customers regularly
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
- Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
- Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions
Job Requirement
<Requirements>
- Education: Graduated from Uni.– major in Economics/ Business Administration/ Marketing… or related fields
- Language: English - Conversational Level
- Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in sales management, preferably in the fertilizer, chemical, or agricultural industry
- Strong general knowledge & proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers and partners.
- Willingness to business travel as needed
