<Job Responsibilities>
'Responsibilities will be discussed and finalized based on suitability. Key duties include:
- Understand the company's products and services.
- Receive a list of potential customers from the Assistant Sales Manager.
- Call and approach customers according to the available sales script.
- Introduce, answer questions, and provide information about products/services to customers.
- Set up online/offline meetings and connect the Sales/AE team with new customers.
- Record customer information and update it into the data system.
- Support requests from customers over the phone.
- Report work progress and results to the Assistant Sales Manager.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce or relevant majors.
・Age: 23-30 years old
・Gender: any
・Language: English at Business level
・Experience:
- Understanding of business principles and Sales Support.
- Experience working in the field of Sales Support, sales, or customer care at any industry
<Skills>:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent logical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Clear, easy-to-hear voice; no lisp or stuttering.
- Withstand work pressure, perseverance and ability to work independently.
