Sales professional need leadership potential for the Tools Division, which handles tools, jigs, measuring instruments, and related products. This position is expected to start as a staff member and grow into a Sales Leader or Manager role, contributing to business development and team growth. <Job Responsibilities> ‐ Follow up with existing clients, build relationships, and secure additional projects ‐ Research and develop new clients ‐ Propose product solutions ‐ Handle contracts and quotations ‐ Support team members ‐ Report to supervisor *Frequent visits to industrial parks are required.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: NONE but prefer bachelor's degree ・Gender: Any ・Age: 25–32 years old *Depends on experience ・Language: Japanese or English at any level (internal use) ・Experience: Have factory-related experience - Willingness to work in a sales role and visit clients - Basic understanding or interest in industrial products or manufacturing <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Have Bachelor's Degree - Have sales experience in machinery/tools, new customer development experience, import/export knowledge - Have experience of sales to factory - Have experience of sales in industrial or factory-related fields - English or Japanese skill - Have experience of working in factory
