Job Description
<Expectation>
You will be responsible for new business development in the department that sells "septic tanks" used by villas, factories, and commercial facilities.
<Job Responsibilities>
- Sell septic tank products mainly to engineering companies and distributors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, agents, and companies that handle septic tanks.
- Create sales plans to expand the market and find new customers.
- Manage the progress of septic tank projects (no construction work involved).
- Handle general sales tasks such as preparing quotations, meeting with clients, and providing after-sales support.
- Perform other tasks assigned by your manager.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Language: English intermediate level (internal use)
・Experience:
- More than 3 years of experience in sales of septic tanks to distributors and EPE companies.
- Capable of managing project progress(not involved in actual construction work)
- Has strong connections with companies that handle septic tanks
- Has experience participating in bidding and agency sales.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience
- Have 3 years of management or leadership experience
- Working on a construction site
- Working experience in a general contractor
