Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Be in charge of sales-related activities of Paper, Container board, Paper Bag, and Pulp by mainly contacting domestic customers. Receiving inquiries, negotiation of contracts, sales visits, presentation/explanation on products, market information, investigation and analysis, and monthly reports, which aim to achieve the sales target assigned by senior managers. 2. Manage good communication and professional business manner with customers, suppliers, internal, and external business partners. Communication with the Tokyo side or related parties all over the world parties who would be under proposal and management from senior managers. 3. (If not yet) Show the aggressive commitment to understand not only the characteristics of the goods being traded, but also an understanding of trade practices. 4. Given the nature of the business, it is essential to understand the “manufacturing sector”, grasp how production is carried out on the shop floor, and properly comprehend the challenges faced by customers. 5. Consider new business related to packaging and suggest/discuss internally and also with senior managers. And will collaborate with other departments in the company. 6. Timely report to superiors for further advice/decision/approval. And if any trouble and/or problem happens, make an immediate report to senior managers. 7. Well understand internal business procedures. 8. Be compliant with the company's internal policy and be willing to take business trips.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: Under 30 ・Gender: Any ・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Economics ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the same position ・Professional Skill: Communication skills, Negotiation skills, Problem-solving skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience in commodity sales preferred ・Japanese and Chinese are highly desirable
