Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
 - Handle existing and new clients in Vietnam
 - Build and maintain relationships with key contacts inside client organizations
 - Identify and understand customer needs, specifications, and budget requirements
 - Coordinate with engineers to prepare proposals and quotations
 - Present proposals and quotations to customers and manage order activities
 - Visit clients together with engineers for technical explanations, delivery, and inspection
 - Follow up with customers after project completion to confirm satisfaction and explore new opportunities
 - Negotiate permission to publish successful project cases as reference examples



<Process / How the Work is Conducted>
- Main focus will be on new business development, while also handling existing customers, in cooperation with the marketing staff and engineering staff.
- The marketing team will analyze target industries and websites to identify potential customers and inquiries.
- The sales staff will then visit clients, conduct needs assessments, and make tailored proposals.
- During client meetings, engineers will accompany the sales staff to provide technical support and explanations.
- The sales staff will manage the process from initial contact through proposal, order, delivery, and post-sales follow-up.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Language: Intermediate-level English
・Experience and Skills:
 ・Over 3 years of B2B sales experience in the manufacturing or machinery/equipment industry
 ・Ability to understand customers’ technical issues and make solution-based proposals in collaboration with engineers
 ・Basic knowledge of mechanical structures, materials, or automation systems
 ・Strong coordination and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
 ・Experience in new business development and customer follow-up activities

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in new product development or technical proposal-based sales
・Work experience related to mechanical design or automation equipment
・Experience collaborating with engineering teams or Japanese managers
