<Job Responsibilities>:
- Carry out marketing and sales activities, including customer retention and development.
- Manage and promote sales activities based on monthly plans.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Find and sign contracts with new customers.
- Collect and integrate data and conduct market research.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Propose improvements to improve quality, productivity and work efficiency.
