Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Execute sales activities based on targets set by the Sales Manager for each fiscal year. - Analyze market trends and classify customer segments to identify priority targets. - Develop and expand new customer accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. - Prepare quotations and receive purchase orders, then coordinate with relevant departments to ensure proper order execution; follow up and support customers until order completion. - Provide customer care and regularly confirm product and service quality. - Report and seek guidance for abnormal cases or issues beyond authority. - Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: College degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields. ・Language: English - Business Level, from TOEIC 600+ or equivalent; able to work directly with foreign partners. ・ Experience: Have at least 1 year of experience working with foreign customers, particularly U.S./European companies. ・Strong communication skills; enthusiastic, proactive, dynamic, independent, and quick-thinking. ・Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ・Good understanding of workflow and processes in current tasks. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Preference for candidates with a technical background (especially Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering)
