Job Description

<Position Objective / Expectation>
・You will work as a forwarding sales staff at a logistics company connecting Japan and Vietnam.
・This position involves visiting clients and supporting their import and export operations.
・At the beginning, you will support a Japanese manager and learn the workflow and basic logistics knowledge.
・After that, you will take care of existing clients and build good relationships.
・Once you get used to the job, you will also be responsible for approaching new claients.
・You will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams (Japan HQ and overseas offices) to ensure smooth logistics operations.
・In addition, you will introduce and propose the company’s logistics management system as part of the service.

<Job Responsibilities>
・Visit and follow up with existing clients
・Support logistics arrangements for import and export (sea and air shipments)
・Prepare quotations and make proposals to clients
・Communicate and coordinate with Japan HQ and overseas offices
・Handle inquiries from clients
・Support problem-solving and coordination when issues occur
・Approach new clients (after gaining experience)
・Prepare sales reports

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: Business-level English or Japanese
・Experience: 
         - At least 3 years of experience related to international trade (import/export) as: Sales, Sales Assistant, Import/Export staff, at a manufacturer, trading company, or forwarding/logistics company
         - Candidates without sales experience are also welcome if they are motivated to build a career in sales in the future
・Others: Willing to frequently commute by taxi for client visits
