Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients - Understand sales strategy, methods, and target sales amount. - Develop and maintain good relationships with existing accounts while developing new accounts. - Actively communicate and visit several customers to maximize sales for each account. - Secure new business and provide good after-sales service - Provide technical advice related to product inquiries. - Keep abreast of market trends and developments to execute effective sales strategies. - Prepare and submit sales reports. - Prepared and participated in marketing events such as seminars, exhibitions, and road shows. *The ratio of existing sales to business development will be determined by the candidate's knowledge and experience.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's degree ・Age: 25 - 30 years old ・Gender: Any ・Language: English Intermediate Level. *If you can use Japanese for business, an English conversational level can apply. ・Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales or sales engineering experience in any industry (prefer the Machine or Machine parts industry) <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Japanese intermediate level is very good ・ Sales experience in cutting tools, grinding tools, or machine tools ・ Work experience in Japan, even in different industries.
