Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Look for suppliers, consumers of chemical/electrical/electronic products, and others, and develop new markets. - Follow-up and manage sales contracts - purchase orders, manage inventory, cash drawer, and deposits - Execute sales and promotional campaigns for new and existing products; - Negotiate trade terms with assigned vendors; - Contact-negotiate, build and develop relationships with suppliers and consumers; - Meet monthly and annually sales objectives and targets for turnover; - Make weekly, monthly, and semi-annual reports in Japanese to the Sales Manager and the General Director; - Frequently conduct visits to customers and suppliers - Realize other works related to sales under the assignment of the Sales Manager and General Director.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Education background: Graduated from University or higher with majors in Chemical / Chemistry - Language skills: English - Business Level (must), candidates with Japanese language skills are an advantage. - Experience: Have at least 5 years of experience including at least 3 years of experience in sales B2B, knowledge of looking for prospects, suppliers and used to work in the factory. - Good at Microsoft Word, Excel, and email. - Be responsible, honest, enthusiastic, dynamic, good communication, aspiration in working for a long time at our company. - Prefer to expert on export - import procedures.
