Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> * This position belongs to the Agriculture sector – Seed business - Set up sales target & marketing plan to achieve the target. - Take care of current customers & search for new customers: Visiting customers frequently to collect customers’ demands for current varieties & new trends in the market (vegetables & flowers). - Collecting market information on the seeds business (vegetables & flowers) and proposing potential customers to sell the company’s products. - Cooperate with other departments to promote new crops (vegetables & flowers) to the market. - Other works/tasks as needed. *After gaining practical experience in the field, you will have opportunities to challenge higher-level responsibilities in sales planning, business development, and marketing strategy. *Visiting customers (locally) 2-3 times a week.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in agriculture) - Gender: Any - Age: 22-25 years old - Language: English - Conversational Level - Experience: None *Training is available even for those with no sales or seed industry experience. If you're interested, please apply! - Professional in Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - Willing to go on short business trips (2-3 days) all over Vietnam & overseas. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Good communication, presentation, and facilitation skills - Working in a Foreign Company - Japanese skills
