Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop and expand business with secondary wholesalers, restaurants, and supermarkets.
- Manage sales performance, customer relations, and delivery of meat and seafood products.
- Lead and supervise a sales team of 2 members, providing coaching and activity management.
- Report to the Japanese Director in English.
- Explore and develop new sales channels proactively.
- Support the import purchasing of meat products when required.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: English - Business Level - TOEIC 700 / IELTS 6.0 equivalent or above.
- Conversation with Japanese managers will be in English
・Experience:
- Corporate sales experience in meat or seafood.
- More than 2 years of management experience (supervising at least 2 subordinates).
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Strong initiative to develop new sales channels.
・High curiosity and willingness to take on new challenges.
・Experience in import purchasing of meat is highly welcomed.
