Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage all sales activities, implement marketing for premix products (sugar-free and sugar-containing), and plan new products. - Analyze the market and develop "sales promotion strategy" (draft). - Develop "sales plan""(draft) based on local market. - Organize sales meetings. - Manage and evaluate sales progress of sugar-free and sugar-containing products. - Develop and support sales staff. - Communicate customer product requirements to internal R&D department for prototyping. - Build personal relationships with customers. - Coordinate with internal departments, support responsible executives and manage logistics department. - Ensure compliance, conduct personnel evaluation and manage attendance, etc. - Depending on business situation, may go on factory business trips.
Job Requirement
<Required Skills/Experience> ・Language: Business-level Japanese (N1-N2 level or higher) and intermediate-level English or higher. ・Experience: - Experience as a sales manager in the food manufacturing industry (3 years or more). - Experience in research, sales, and management as a manager. - Experience in creating documents such as contracts. ・Computer skills. ・Good communication skills. ・Ability to make proposals, consulting skills. <Preferred Skills/Experience> ・Experience in the food manufacturing industry. ・Experience in wheat-based products, premixes. ・Experience in launching new products and new factories. ・Contact network with food manufacturing customers and trading companies.
