・Responsible for performance management and strengthening human resources by developing and guiding the sales team.
・Lead relationship building with general contractors, distributors, and engineering companies to create sales opportunities.
・Manage the progress of septic tank-related projects and coordinate smoothly with internal and external parties.
・Analyzes market trends and competitive information and reflects them in product improvement and sales activities.

・Age: 30-45 years old
・Language: English conversational level (good verbal and written skills for internal reporting)
・Experience:
- Have 5 years of experience working in sales of construction tools or septic layer
- Have management or leadership experience
