- Experience in general management of staff's professional work. (Monitoring, checking, supervising)
+ Support superiors in arranging work for team members.
+ Attend sales meetings with customers and internal meetings.
+ Prepare various reports related to your department.
+ Other sales-related tasks (Data entry, internal documents, etc.)
- Market survey
+ Conduct market surveys, store research
+ Report survey issues.
+ Documents related to the market you are in charge of.
+ Support superiors in managing staff. Arrange department schedules.
Job Requirement
<Requirements>
- College degree or higher.
- Foreign language: English or Japanese - Business level
- Experience:
+ 1 year or more of experience as a Sales Staff, priority given to experience in the food industry
+ Team leader qualities
- Computer skills: proficient (Excel, Word, Powerpoint ....)
- Careful, agile, active, hard-working, not afraid of difficulties.
- Able to ride a motorbike, have a private motorbike (TH to survey stores, ...)
