Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Search, develop, and maintain customers in relevant industries. - Contact existing customers and identify new customers through company databases and available data sources. - Provide after-sales support, understand customer needs, and evaluate product/service quality for future orders. 2. Technical Consulting & Solutions - Coordinate with the production department to provide technical consultation and propose effective solutions related to product issues. 3. Analyze customer requirements and recommend - Work closely with production to evaluate customer needs and propose optimal product solutions. 4. Order Handling & Sales Process - Receive orders, prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow up on order progress. 5. Accounts Receivable Management - Follow up on customer payments and collect outstanding debts. - Prepare and maintain a list of customers with due or overdue payments. - Contact customers to remind and expedite payment. 6. Prepare periodic reports for the Board of Directors and ad-hoc reports when required.

<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Associate degree ・Language: English - Conversational level (Internal use) ・Experience: - Experience of business development in manufacturing industry or machinery companies - Strong willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge ・Skills: - Good communication skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills, and teamwork <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience working for a metal processing or machining company - Experience in sales in a custom-made manufacturing environment - Japanese skills or Chinese skills
