Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> A. Customer & Sales Management - Manage existing customers and proactively identify their needs. - Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and achieve assigned sales targets (KPIs). - Support customers with product registration documents and other regulatory/technical requirements. - Maintain long-term relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction B. Order, Contract & Delivery Coordination - Manage the end-to-end customer order process, from quotation to final delivery. - Coordinate with internal departments (Customer Service, Legal, Finance) to ensure full compliance with regulations and contract terms. - Monitor shipment status and delivery progress, resolving any logistics-related issues. - Follow up on customer payments and manage accounts receivable. C. New Business Development - Identify and approach potential new customers. - Generate new business opportunities in emerging fields such as Semiconductors and Data Centers. - Build sustainable, long-term partnerships with prospective clients. D. Supplier Management & Product Development - Collaborate with overseas suppliers, HQ, and regional branches to manage sourcing activities. - Support product development initiatives and expand the existing product portfolio. E. Reporting & Market Monitoring - Monitor market trends and track overall business performance.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Gender: Any. - Age: 27-35 - Education: University graduate - Language Skill: + Business English and Business Korean communication skill (Minimum Topik 5 certification) - Experience: +3–5+ years of professional business experience (Experience in the electronics industry is a significant plus). + Experience in Trading Company + Strong communication and negotiation skills + Enthusiasm, dynamic, passionate in sales
