Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Handle sales activities for both existing and new clients (mainly in the manufacturing industry) - Understand customer requirements, specifications, and applications - Evaluate machining feasibility and propose optimal processing methods (NC lathe, machining center) - Coordinate with the internal engineering team and prepare quotations based on customer drawings - Negotiate pricing and delivery schedules - Manage orders (prototypes and mass production) and follow up on progress - Handle quality and delivery issues and propose improvements - Maintain client relationships and develop repeat business after delivery
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age : 30~35 ・Gender: Any ・Education: From High school ・Language: English at Intermediate level (Internal use) ・Experience: - Having 3 years of experience in sales or as a sales engineer in the manufacturing industry or machinery trading companies -Experience in proposal-based sales, including understanding customer requirements and suggesting customized solutions (non-standard / non-packaged products) ・Skills: -Basic understanding of technical drawings (or willingness to learn) -Strong willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge <Preferable Skill / Experience> -Japanese skills -Experience working for a metal processing or machining company -Experience in sales in a custom-made manufacturing environment -Experience in negotiating with clients regarding cost, delivery time, and quality -Experience handling orders based on technical drawings -Knowledge of machining processes using NC lathes and machining centers (MC)
