Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve "Sales & Operating profit" targets and expand the company’s customer base
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Understanding category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
- Leading a team of sales engineers to reach "Sales & Operating profit" targets
- Training and coaching team members to improve their sales skills and product knowledge
- Forecasting and tracking key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
- Understand company policies and strategies and communicate precise instructions to team members.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: University in a related field of study or equivalent training or experience
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- Experience working for the water treatment company.
- Experience in sales and technical proposal work for B2B (private businesses)
- Experience in planning, proposals, and sales
・Character: Activated and can be willing on business trips.
・Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having proficiency in the Japanese language is an advantage
