Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Research the market to propose and develop action plans and sales strategies
- Implement sales plans & strategies and solicit sales to achieve sales targets within the product range (inverter, servo, and other company products).
- Take care and monitor customers of distributors
- Contact directly with customers and partners in all stages of proposal-related work from beginning to receipt of purchase orders and after-sales service
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and key customers and develop new markets to have a wide range of customers in multi-fields (especially in factory automation).
- Identify business opportunities and product applications, marketing and sales activities
- Support and work with authorized partners/distributors and the Sales team to provide technical and commercial proposals, technical consultation and service training, seminars, etc.
- Resolve and respond to customer queries/complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- At least 5 years of sales experience in inverter products
- Good networking connection and a good understanding of the inverter market and customers (end users, OEM).
- Strong sales and teamwork attitude.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Understanding Japanese is an added advantage
・Experience in inverter business or working experience in competitors' companies or partners/distributors is an additional advantage
