GENERAL INFORMATION

 Position: Sales - Digital Marketing

 Level: Staff

 Contract Term: Permanent 

 Recruitment Reason: Expand

 Working Location: HCMC

 Working Time: Monday-Friday (8:30-18;00pm)

 Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus/Incentive

JOB DUTIES

 Report to JP and VN Manager in English

 Main Tasks:

o Work collaboratively with a team (JP and VN) to drive growth with new accounts, customer acquisition.

o Develop high-level relationships to serve as a trusted consultant with major customers to optimize their web advertising. Approach For advertising agency.

o Generate and manage business plans to define strategies and tactics for long-term sustained success.

o Understand and adapt to Google's, Facebook etc, ongoing product and technology developments.

o Be an effective team player with strong customer service, communication, presentation and creative problem-solving skills.

o As a first member of new team for new market.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

 Minimum qualifications: 

o Experience as a sales at least more than 3 years.

o English skill nearly business. More than conversational.

o Gender: any

o Age 25-35 yeas old

 Preferred qualifications:

o Experience in developing relationships with new customers and serving as a consultant.

o New business development experience in digital advertising, mobile, video, or programmatic sales. Especially for web advertising agency.

o BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

o Expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns with AdWords or a similar product.

o Knowledge of and established relationships within a relevant industry.

o A deep understanding of the industry’s issues, a vision for its growth and a commitment to advance Google's forward-looking strategies within the marketplace.

o Proven success working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally and externally.
