Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Receive and process customer orders, manage inventory levels, and coordinate shipping and delivery arrangements.
- Enter and update order information in the system, ensuring accurate tracking and status updates.
- Communicate with vendors to schedule deliveries and provide timely updates on delivery progress to customers.
- Monitor stock availability and estimate delivery timelines to support the sales team in customer negotiations.
- Prepare key documents including quotations, invoices, and delivery notes; handle general data entry tasks.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts and analyzing relevant data to support business planning.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems to support smooth administrative operations.
- Work closely with the logistics team to monitor daily operations, oversee inventory control, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure efficient and seamless daily operations.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to management as required.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English - Business Level (TOEIC 750 ~)
・Experience and skills: From 2 years of experience in logistics and order processing.
・Proficient in MS Excel, Word
・Good understanding and familiar with Korean working culture.
・Sense of responsibility.
