Job Description
<Position Objective/Expectation >
The role of this position is a sales consultant for products such as door handles used in residential developments, hotels, commercial buildings, and luxury homes. The work primarily involves responding to inquiries rather than actively seeking new clients. Since the main contacts are designers and architects, the primary responsibility is to introduce and explain the products rather than to actively propose or sell them.
<Job Responsibilities>
• Manage and develop relationships with designers, architects, distributors, and other key clients
• Attend client meetings, present our products, and participate in project discussions
• Actively seek out new business opportunities and expand our client network
• Prepare quotations and follow through on sales processes
• Respond to enquiries and provide support to clients throughout the sales cycle
• Coordinate with the internal team and factory to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Opportunities for business trips (Domestic, Singapore, Japan) for meetings and exhibitions
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field
・Language Skills: English - Business Level (TOEIC over 800)
・Experience:
- More than 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing sales role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and enjoys meeting new people
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
<Preferred Skill / Experience >
・Language Skills: Japanese - Business Level
・Interest in interior design, architecture, or hardware products is a bonus
